As per KXAN News in Austin, air terminal police shut down all passages to the air terminal to hold extra people back from entering the property as no flights were leaving.

Soon after 5 a.m., it was accounted for that 20 flights had been dropped at the air terminal.

Air terminal authorities said groups have been dispatched to research the reason for the blackout.
